What to Expect on Your First Visit
Â
Start your healing process in our office. Bob will work with you to ensure a focused individual experience centered on your specific needs.
When You Arrive
After completing any final paperwork, you will consult with Bob to discuss your symptoms and goals. He will then perform a detailed review of your health history and physical movement to create a customized treatment plan tailored specifically for you.

On the Table
Bob will provide targeted therapeutic bodywork in a quiet, clinical space built for your physical recuperation.
After the Treatment
Bob will step out of the room so you can get dressed in privacy, and a bottle of water will be provided. Once you are ready, you will sit down together to briefly review how you are feeling, any changes you noticed, and possible next steps for your care.

Client Inquiries
Which attire is best for my initial visit?
Before getting onto the table, you will be instructed to disrobe to your own comfort level. Most clients choose to receive treatment either totally undressed, or with underwear, bathing suit, etc. Sheets, blankets, and/or towels will be provided to assure your comfort. Whatever you choose, the most important thing is for you, as the client, to be as relaxed as possible to receive full benefit from the treatment.
What is the duration of the service?
Opening evaluations generally span one hour to seventy-five minutes. Standard recurring visits are set for sixty minutes, though we can modify this time frame to meet your specific therapeutic needs.
Can I use my medical insurance?
Payment is required at the time of service. We offer itemized invoices for your records, and numerous patients apply their health savings accounts to cover these specialized medical treatments.
Does manual therapy hurt?
This practice prioritizes healing. While deep compression is sometimes required for tight muscles, if anything causes actual pain, please speak up. Bob will keep in communication with you throughout to ensure the intensity stays within your personal tolerance levels.
